¿Que sería yo sin ti ? De Guillaume Musso

Hello!!!  How are you?.  I hope you have a great time☺️😘

Today I am going to bring you two reviews.  The first one is: What would I be without you?  by Guillaume Musso.

I bring the first one because as I didn't like it and the second one I liked very much, because I bring the worst one first😄

So without further ado, that there is no time to waste. 😂, I put the cover, synopsis and data of the book.☺️

 We start !!!😄

 Synopsis:

Gabrielle has two men in her heart: her father and her first love, but the two disappeared from her side long ago ... She and Martin met in San Francisco when they were only twenty years old, fell madly in love and lived the ten days  most wonderful that can be desired.  When they parted, they promised they would see each other again very soon, but that promise was never kept.  He hasn't known anything about his father for years.

Now, fifteen years later, they both reappear in his life, on the same day and at the same time.  Fate seems to give them a second chance, but are they willing to pay the price?  Are you really ready for love?

Personal opinion:

I did not like anything.  And that at first I liked the synopsis because I saw a beautiful book of reunion and also the principle liked and almost made me hook.

As I progressed through the story I was more disappointed.  And I continued in case it improved, and well removing some part that if I liked the rest was meh.

The book tells more than anything the story of Martín, Gabrielle and Archiebald.  Martín and Gabrielle meet when they are 20 years old and have a little love story that lasts a few months.  Then they separate and Martín Destroyed focuses on his working life and becomes a cop (one of those who is dedicated to arresting people who steal works of art) and becomes obsessed with Archiebald, the most wanted art thief in the world.  .  Later, for life's reasons, he meets Gabrielle again and so far I count because everything begins and I don't want any spoiler to slip through.

So more or less with this idea the book looks quite interesting because well apart from the above Gabrielle meets her father and Martín the same day, and this is one of the things I did not like about the book.  I was expecting more excitement.  I do not know, do you meet your father who abandoned you and appears 30 years later and is how beautiful it is without rancor and your first love appears and is doing well but without more?  It seemed unreal to me and I didn't like it.

And then there was a part that made no sense that could be interesting, but it seemed meaningless to me especially because of the type of novel it is😂.
I did not expect it but it seemed strange.  The truth is that he congratulated the author because I never imagined it.😂

And that's one of the reasons why I put the note on it.  There were things that I did not expect, and I liked that.  I like it when they surprise me.  So well it wasn't all that bad 😂.

Another thing I did like was when Martin was chasing Archiebald.  That cop hunt for the thief animated the book with a little action.  So I appreciated those parts.

As for the characters, I didn't like any.  And it's weird because there is always one that I like.  Although it is a secondary one that only appears in one chapter.😂

And in this book I didn't like any

If I had to stay with one would be Martín, I think that more or less is the character that his feelings were more realistic.  And he had some actions that surprised me and I liked them.  Archiebald also had gestures that I liked so the two are tied.

The one that I didn't like at all was Gabrielle.  Apart from not connecting with her, I did not like her actions.  It seemed unreal to me.  The relationship with his father did not suit me and with Martin good something better.  At least he was trying to win back what was good, at least it was entertaining.

In conclusion I did not like this book.  Removing four things the rest meh.  The truth is that I thought it was going to be something else.  If in fact they paint Gabrielle as the one with the most prominence and she does not appear until the middle of the book.  I believe that the most important protagonist is Martín.  I feel cheated hahaha.

Good bad that the next reading I had was better than now I will upload it.☺️

Score: 2.5 / 5 stars (🌟🌟⭐)

Farewell:

As you can see I was quite generous 😂.  But I have to admit that I liked thief vs. cop parts😄

Well guys I say goodbye.  I hope you liked the review.  And what do you hear if you dare to read it I hope you like it more than me☺️.

Have a very good day and a very good read☺️😘

See you in the next blog that will be now😘☺️

Bye😘☺️
